    Im getting this error everytime I try to add a mobile billing payment method, Can someone tell me what to do to fix it?

    I've been getting the same thing for nearly 2 weeks now, I unsubscribed and bought a 3 month pass, and tried adding that info in, it also came up, then I thought I might be able to redeem it on my phone, and once again it said the same thing

    for any payment/billing issues it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    They are the only ones that can do a more in depth check into the issue and hopefully sort the issue
