We can't sign you in - Server connectivity Blocked

Xbox Console Companion hasn't worked for me for two days. When I open it it clocks for a while and eventually gets to We can't sign you in right now. Try again later. (0x409) 0x80080005.

The Need Help? link didn't solve my issue. I reset the app. Also uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled with no change.

I checked Xbox Networking under W10 Gaming settings. Top items are fine.
NAT Type = Open. Server connectivity = Blocked. I tried the options under Click here for more information ( windows firewall settings are good; services are running) and Fix it didn't work.

Could that be why I can't sign in to Console Companion? Lastly, I have the Xbox beta app. I am signed in to my store account, but can't sign in to the Gaming account. Nothing happens when I click Sign In. I have an Xbox Live Gold account. I want to
use Xbox Console Companion to stream from my xbox.

It's working today. I didn't do anything to fix it, so maybe it was a server issue yesterday. Today, NAT Type = Toredo is unable to qualify, but Server connectivity = Connected.

Nevermind, turns out Microsoft is blocking the VPN server I was connecting to, or the server somehow can't connect to Xbox services. I was also blocked from accessing the Xbox app or the Microsoft Store on PC. Anyway, switching to another server solved
it.
