    Hello I recently encountered this issue, whenever I try to sign into xbox or minecraft launcher it will bring up xbox live login and when i sign in with any account it will say "We can't sign you in because your account has been suspended from Xbox Live." I checked multiple times if these accounts were actually banned or suspended and they were not. I don't know what to do I have uninstalled xbox and reinstalled it but it still did not work, I even made a new account and it still said it was suspended. Can anyone please help?

    Hey there, I had the exact scenario happen as well.I try signing in on the java launcher and it still says "We can't sign you in because your account has been suspended from Xbox Live." Could I ask, how were you able to get around this?

    May I ask why your account has been suspended? Or have you just logged in and it said that please do the following go to https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us and press contact us then write about your issue. After that it will give you options such as: Call us or live chat please select one of the options and then submit it.

    If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

    After you’ve completed the form, select Submit.

    when I log into the original email it shows everything as normal and functions as normal, when I click the "Xbox profile" tab it redirects me to a page that says "Something went wrong, we can't sign you in because your account has been suspended".

    If your account has been suspended, it was due to an infraction of the
    Xbox Live Code of Conduct     coming from your account. Players are not suspended because they win a lot.

    For information, sign onto the
    Enforcement website     with your Microsoft account to learn more about the suspension and to request a case review, if you choose.
