“We can’t get all of your messages right now. Check back later.”

For the past week or so, I have been getting the error message, “We can’t get all of your messages right now. Check back later.” I am unable to send or receive messages on my account, yet there’s no problems on other accounts. I’ve tried removing and re-adding
my xbox account, power cycling my xbox, signing in and out multiple times, etc. and it doesn’t seem to fix it. I’m not communication banned either. Could someone help me fix this?

do a full shutdown from the power and start up and reboot your internet

i still haven’t gotten it to work. Messaging works on other accounts on my xbox, but not mine. I can’t message on xbox app either.
