We understand you are having issues with your Xbox Messages. This error message usually indicates that there is a problem with the Xbox Live service. Microsoft is aware of this issue and is working to resolve it as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can try the following steps:

1. Check the Xbox Live service status page on this link Xbox Status | Xbox Support to see if there are any known issues with the messaging service.



2. Try signing out of your Xbox Live account and then signing back in.



3. Clear the cache on your Xbox One console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds until it turns off, then unplug the power cord for 30 seconds before plugging it back in and turning it on.

4. Reset your Xbox Console: Go to Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info and choose Reset console. Select Reset and keep my games & apps. This resets the Xbox operating system and deletes any corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

​​​

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

If that didn't work and you have another account, please check if it will work from there to validate if it's an issue with the Xbox or your account.

I have checked if I have a suspension I do not.
