I am very sorry for the problem you are going through, with the intention of being able to help you I did an internal search in Xbox support and I found a publication where they mention the steps to follow when you cannot see the claimed content and I thought it was good information, which you should have consider:

When you download content from the Microsoft Store to your Xbox, it is installed automatically. While downloading and installing, the content appears in My games & apps > Manage > Queue.

If the code is redeemed for content that is consumed in-game (such as in-game currencies, skins, or weapons), check the in-game marketplace or your character storage. You may need to contact the game's publisher or developer for additional help finding the item in the game.

If the content was installed on your console as downloadable content (DLC), you can find it by following these steps:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, then go to My games & apps > See all.

Highlight the game to which your redeemed content belongs, then press the View  button.

Select the game and search for the content as if it were an add-on for the game in the list.

I click on the ‘Claim for another account’ and I get “After completing setup, add another account and claim Fortnite Gilded Hunter Pack, On the new account go to Account>Profile>Included with this Xbox console to claim”

Again if your comment were true I would’n be given this instructions right?

The thing is that I follow them but still cannot see the packs in my son’s account.

i claimed the gilded hunter pack on the wrong Xbox account and didn't realize i did at the time so i made my account after because it was on my parents account but it didn't claim for me so i didn't get the items on my account but got them on my parents account and i would like to transfer it to my xbox account

On this case, just like on the forum above I also suggest to check whether you used the right account to redeem it. You may follow the steps on the link or go to your accounts order history page at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders page.

If the Gilded Hunter Pack is showing in the list and on the right account, next thing to try is to remove and add your Xbox profile. Make sure to remember the email address you used for your gamertag first, then you may remove and add it by following the steps on this page https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/account-pro...

In case you still haven't receive it within 24 hours, what I can suggest as a fellow gamer is to try contacting Epic Games to report the missing item specially if it is showing as redeemed on your account now so they can check and see if it can be credited to your Epic account directly.
