    I have set up a Microsoft account for my son as a child account. I am trying to create an Xbox Live account for him.

    At a certain point in the process it asks me (as the parent) to approve the account. I enter my email address and then, in the next window, my password and then, *every* *single* *time* I get the error message: We
    are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found

    I have tried using different browsers (Chrome and Edge), I've tried clearing the cookies (in both Chrome and Edge). I've left it for a bit and tried again later. Nothing is working.

    How can I get past this defect? This should be straightforward!

    Also, you don't have an "Account" category under Xbox when posting questions, which seems like a careless oversight.
