Sorry to say but the Xbox backwards compatibility program has ended

This means that there are no more plans to release more backwards compatible titles

Godfather 1 was a much better game imo that Godfather 2. I still need to finish one final cheeve on it to max it out, will get it back from my pal soon.

i doubt they will bring it back the director of the Godfather films (movies) Francis Ford Coppola voiced his disapproval of the 2006/2007 Godfather video game claming Paramount Pictures never told him about it

This is highly, highly unlikely. The game isn't available for download anymore on any platform. Like all games based on film licenses, the publisher - this being EA - only hold the license for a finite amount of time. If they don't renew the license with
the film studio, digital versions of the game can no longer be sold online. And while disc versions for the Xbox 360 are unaffected by this, all Xbox 360 BC games need to be downloaded from Live on the Xbox One, even if you own the disc.

Which means making this game backwards compatible is pretty much an impossibility, from a licensing prospective.

Then now is the time to make an offer they cannot refuse..
