    Hello, im trying to buy the new cod through the microsoft store via paypal, how ever i keep getting that message (in my computer and cellphone).

    I have already tried logging in and putting again my paypal account.

    How can i fix this?

    (I can not contact MS suppor due to that i don't live in the states)
