Waypoint moderator corruption?

I couldn't find anything about external forums or Waypoint so I guess I'll just post this here...

Do you think it is fair that you can be banned until 2552 for supposedly posting
leaked or inappropriate content? In my case, neither of these points were violated and in-fact just proves how low, desperate and corrupt the moderating on Waypoint is. Nothing about my post was leaked or inappropriate.

For years the same two Waypoint moderators have been banning me over and over for misunderstanding the context of all my posts and using excuses ranging from spam and even threatening violence. Although people say to discuss with them the situation, they
never bother following protocol regardless. I can justify and explain what my posts mean but they never want to hear it because once they choose a target, they stalk, keep tabs and threaten you until they find any excuse to ban you.

So, my last post was about mentioning that I've been banned and that moderators should work with us to make our voices heard by 343i so I'll assume once again any time you have the word 'moderator' or 'mod' in your sentence they jump on it and ban you regardless.
I'd understand if I called a specific person out or bullied them but these dirty mods have in-fact abused power (as experienced by hundreds or god knows how many thousands they ban, posted across other sites and communities).

I really don't care about being banned from Waypoint. All I care about is the fact that these moderators abuse power, are corrupt and wrongfully strip gamers of forum posting (even profile edit) rights. This is unacceptable and these people should be better
educated, given integrity tests or really, I think it is time for Waypoint to refresh the forum and give new members the power to moderate. Worst things have been said there and abroad and many places on the internet warn about the horrible treatment users
get on Waypoint so clearly someone needs to do something about it.

I'll just go join a proper community. Sadly the official site is too dangerous to discuss Halo these days...

Halo 4 Champions Bundle only functions within War Games

Check out all the noise on Halo Waypoint in the Halo 4 Section concerning Champions Bundle not working with Spartan Ops. On 19 August, 343 posted a forum page on Halo Waypoint Forums where they stated known issues with the Bundle, including the one with
Spartan Ops. Of coarse, unless you knew to look at the forum, you would not know about the posting. Currently 343i has no plans to fix the Bundle so that it will work with Spartan Ops, per a quoted tweet from a Forum Moderator.

Update: You can check my examples or literally find posts all over the internet and across websites of other people's encounters. Once again, nobody there follows protocol, neither discussing nor disputing anything.

I think it is fair to say that corruption does run deep within Waypoint, once your targeted for whatever reason and banned multiple times for no reason but odd excuses like 'leaked or inappropriate content' (I asked a 343 employee "why does TMCC not get
any love" or something along the lines of that LITERALLY resulting in my ban) your rights are stripped.

You can't go making excuses and banning people for no reason. The rules do not state that asking a 343 employee to give TMCC love is a ban-able offence so whichever moderator screwed up there should lose their rights to be a moderator for
a miscarriage of justice.

This is a joke MS. I have to resort to PMs and other sites because corrupt ban hungry agenda driven bigots are running around unhinged and are trying to create their own community eliminating those who have opinions different from them. Look between the
lines, there is a clear pattern. Once again, miscarriage of justice, get new moderators or punish them for their mistakes.

 

UPDATE 2: I'm still testing their integrity. As of so far: I Followed the protocol to contact the appeals account, nearing a week and a half and no response at all.

Another moderator and I quote claims: "the appeals process is undergoing some changes at the moment. Unfortunately I don't have details on when it's going to be back up and running, it's not anything I deal with. As soon the new processes have been
straightened out you will be contacted regarding your appeal".



So I will give them another week or two. This all seems way too convenient plus I've never heard anyone tell a story about how they were un-banned so I believe this might just prove something here.

Swearing and harassing gamers/users should result in a ban. Posting questions to 343i officials, sharing your opinion and constructive criticism on a game (WHICH IS WHAT FORUMS ARE FOR) should not result in anything. But obviously we can see (go read for
yourself) favourites are chosen. Any negative opinions or criticisms are hidden from the public and 343i but the positive things are kept untouched (which are some of the many reasons why
I was banned, for asking a 343i employee "give Halo TMCC some love" this here is what gets you a ban on Waypoint
yet somebody called another user <derogatory swear word> and can still use the forum freely. This right here tells you something).

On another new note of ban discovery, I've been warned about posting spam, there is no spam, anywhere. My history can back this up.
A few times I got into trouble just for posting a reply in a thread that was considered 'old' to the moderators yet if you have a look there are so many threads out there that date back to 2012 THAT STILL GET POSTS. Another fun fact. Link:

After all these notes, it is quite clear that Waypoint is corrupt and agenda driven. Just look around on the Bnet and abroad, I'm not the only victim to suffer from moderator corruption.

 

Update 3: Another week has gone by and still no word on these mysterious changes to a process that doesn't exist. I've contacted another moderator now and will see what the possibly clueless response would be.

1-2 weeks is a fair enough time frame but almost 2 months? This proves that protocol is not followed on Waypoint and the moderators running it are indeed corrupt and plucking out as many veterans as they please.

This applies to other site admins and moderators as well as the Xbox forums. I suspect that Halo Waypoint has rules and guidelines that are similar to ours here.
