Discus and support Way can't i send a message in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have tried several times to send a message to different people and some people I can send messages to and some people it says can't send a message...     I have tried several times to send a message to different people and some people I can send messages to and some people it says can't send a message and it's got a smiley face above the wording is this something on my end or is this the way the player
    has there XBox one setup

    This maybe a current issue with Xbox Live servers or your broadband connection itself. Check the offical Xbox support page and Xbox live status

    Could possibly your xbox's connection to your internet. Or check the Xbox Live Service page and see if there is any issues on xbox's side.
