Wathog code got deleted from my Account after Preorder cancel

Hey guys,

so my Problem is that i canceled my digital Preorder of the standard Edition of Horizon 3 but i already redeemed the promotional Warthog code,after the cancel everything got taken off my account and after installing the Ultimate edition (to which i upgraded)
the Warthog is not under ready to install and the code is marked as already redeemed so I turn to you to maybe send me a new code or reactivate the old one on my account.

The xbox support provided me with the link to this forum so i hope you are the right adress.

Question about EA access and BF1 pre-order

Oh, well money was kind of tight and I was going to cancel the preorder until I got some money to spend. So if I do use the code and really preorder I will get in trouble? Because I didn't know I was going to cancel my preorder until a couple days ago and
I already used my code.

 

Will people who purchase Destiny digitally off Xbox Marketplace get a beta code?

Preorder a copy from Gamestop, get the beta code, and then later cancel the preorder.

Hey, Danger! You should check your Forza Horizon 3 inbox for a gift car. This should have your Warthog in it.

Please let us know if you still don't see it! I'm verifying this post so that others can see it. If it's still not resolved, we'll remove this and work with the appropriate people to dig further.

As for your Mercedes code, what error are you receiving? We'll want to ensure that's something we dig into, too.
