    hi I'm trying to watch the godfather movies on Blu-ray, just standard HD. The first and third movie works fine but the second movie wont work at all.

    At first I was getting error code 0x91d70001, I looked it up and it was suggested that I remove any capture device (I don't use any), removing the disc when the error message appears (without clearing the message) disconnecting the HDMI cable waiting 10 sec and reconnecting the HDMI and reinserting the Blu-ray and also power cycling the console. None of these workarounds either apply or work.

    I then had a bit of a thought and for an unknown reason I disconnected both of my external HDD's and now I am getting error code 0x91d70000, which is apparently for a damaged or dirty disc, the disc is new, there is nothing wrong with the disc. After reconnecting my HDD's and try the disc again I once again get the 0x91d70001 error code.

    my one x is connected straight to my tv no capture cards or anything else in-between. Blu-ray app is up to date as is console.

    can anyone help?

    No Movies (blu ray or dvd)

    I just received my replacement xbox one console. Progress! The new one does PLAY commerical blu ray and dvd's!!! It does NOT play any of the blu ray movie disc (BDMV) that I created. Error 0x91d70000 (the error message on the old console was
    0x91d70001).

    Progress. It does play the commerical blu ray disc (Star Trek into Darkness is the only one I have).

    I tread these steps now i get this message when ever i try and use my blu-ray app to play my black ops 1 disc We're having trouble reading this.Make sure it's a Blu-ray or DVD. If it's a game, launch it from your games & apps instead.(0x91d70000)
