Watched the Mixer stream (Sea of Thieves first look at Forsaken Shores) but I did not receive ...

I have watched the Sea of Thieves Mixer live stream (the first look at Forsaken Shores)
on August 21 but I have not received the promotional item (the Huntress figurehead). I have watched from my PC and I am 100% sure I was logged on with my Microsoft account when I started the Mixer stream. When will the promotional item be added to my
account?

At 21 of August I have watched the Xbox stream on Mixer but I didn't received any reward (the Huntress Figurehead) on Sea of Thieves.

didnt reveice the huntress figurehead in sea of thieves from the mixer stream.

I didn't receive the huntress figurehead although I watched the stream. My gamer table is .

 

For issues with the mixpot, you can contact the SOT forums, I believe there is a thread on how to claim this, or make them aware you have not received it yet.

 

According to the Sea of Thieves FAQ I should report the issue here.

We were able to determined that you are not eligible for the mixpot rewards because the event started on August 21st and in order for you to get the rewards you needed to have a Mixer account that is attached to your Xbox account. You have to watch
the stream through Mixer with a eligible account that day. Unfortunately, your account was created after the start of the event making it not eligible.

That can't be right. I have had a Mixer account for months. I even have the flintlock pistol which was a mixpot reward from about 5 months ago when there was also a SoT Mixer stream. I can post a screenshot to prove it if you'd like.
