Watched both events, but only got the mixpot for one

    Hey I only got the mixpot for the Inside Xbox event, but I watched both. I think I should've gotten them by now, so I'm not sure if something happened with mixer. Thank you.

    Never recieved Mixpots

    I've participated in three Mixpot events and only the first one worked (One while back which included Rare replay)

    There was also an E3 type event that was hosted by Microsoft, watched that entire livestream from preshow to finish and wasnt as lucky with that Mixpot, never recieved it.

    Also participated in this recent Halo 5 event, although I wasn't there the entire time I was watching for a couple hours.

    Didn’t receive mixpot rewards 2018

    I watched both events in their entirety twice. Once live and then on demand on Mixer, and haven’t received anything for the mixpot. Anyone else having issues?

    You’ll receive your MixPot within one week or less from the end of the Xbox Live streaming event. Remember, you must be logged in to Mixer with your Microsoft account to get your MixPot.

    briefing to qualify. You’ll be notified after the stream is over with more details regarding your MixPot.
