    Microsoft rewards movie and tv punch card not working, why

    Give it a few days.The rewards app is being a bit funny at the moment.

    I bought a film last week & it took several days for it to register on the punchcard.

    There are other ways to access the Rewards program, but the punchcard is only available through the app on the Xbox One console.
