WatchDisneyJunior app refuses to activate

I've downloaded the WatchDisneyJunior app on my 360. I ran through the Sign In with your TV provider wizard in th app, entered my TV provider and activation code at
Disney Junior Activate.

Then I get redirected to sign in with my TV provider, which works fine. Then I get a successful activation message on
Disney Junior Activate.

Great.

Back on my Xbox 360, it's still sitting at the Activate screen with the code and the activation never completes on the console.

I've tried getting a new code, clearing the app cache, deleting & reinstalling the app, rerunning the activation process repeatedly, nothing works.

Also, I have 2 xbox 360 consoles and this is the same behavior on both consoles. The regular Disney Channel app activates just fine.

Any ideas? I have a valid Gold subscription & participating TV provider.

Vevo App

The Vevo app when installing it on new xbox one/s will not generate an activation code to activate the app, also the web site given to go to is wrong in the app it shows
www.vevo.com/xbox it should be
www.vevo.com/activate/xboxone. No support has been any help on this issue.

Cannot activate FXNOW on Xbox360

I Cannot activate FXNOW on Xbox360. I receive an activation code from the app and use fxnetworks.com/activate to go through the activation process. I sign into my carrier Verizon FIOS and receive the success message; but the app never continues further.
It is suppose to recognize that the activate code has been authenticated. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail.

Hey, anjilslaire! Sorry to see the activation issues! It sounds like it's likely an issue with the app itself.

The service itself looks like it only
requires you to be located in the US and have a participating provider with the channel on your service. As long as you meet those, then I suggest submitting feedback through the
Watch Disney Junior Feedback page.

I also noticed that you're in the Xbox 360 preview. I've sent you a private message with out to submit feedback to the appropriate teams in addition to reaching out to Disney. You can check those

Maybe a hard reset can help.

Hold down the power button until the Xbox shuts down.

Then unplug the power cable and wait for 5 min before plugging it back in.

That might solve the problem
