WatchABC app on 360 not working, help!

Sinde I can't get the Watch ABC app on my Xbox One, I have to watch on the 360. But it won't work. All other apps work fine. HBOGO works, Netflix works ... but Watch ABC, let me watch one thing last night now nothing. Any suggestions? Live status says the
app is up and running so I'm stuck.

Hi. I keep getting this error when I try to download an app 'netflix' or any other app on my xbox 360.

Xbox live is working im logged in. Tried clearing history. Reset my router and check connection on xbox

And it says everthing is fine and working.

Any help???

I am having similar issues. ABC app starts to load and then says the server is unavailable but it works on my phone and computer so what is the deal? Is it with Xbox or is it with the app. It really ducks that no one can answer your question from 2015 and

We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning error code 807B0193 on an Xbox console.

Is this on an Xbox One or Xbox 360 console? If this concerns an Xbox 360 console, there have been a large number of reports for apps not working, but we suggest attempting to follow our
help for Xbox Live apps on Xbox 360 support article.

Try this for us and then let us know if this helps.

The Xbox Console Companion app does not work with the Xbox 360, it only works with the Xbox One. If you are using the Xbox 360 smartglass app, that is no longer supported and no longer works with the Xbox 360.

Hi there, Sillypal! Welcome to the Forums. Did you already try the steps above? If that doesn't help, then you'll want to head into the system memory and totally delete those apps- then redownload them from the Marketplace.

Try deleteing and redownloading the console update. For this you'll want to go to" Settings>System(settings)/Storage and then do the following code: LB-RB-X-LB-RB-X and it should ask you if you want to delete the update. Make sure all the apps are deleted
from your storage before doing this though.
