Watch_Dogs data syncing error.

So, I have been playing Watch_Dogs offline a lot on my Xbox One, and everything was going just fine until I tried to play it 2 days ago. I was on the title screen and whenever I tried to proceed into the main menu it poped up that it couldn't sync my data.
This popes up for me all the time because I was playing the game offline, so I just clicked on the "Use offline" option, but instead of going to the main menu as it usually does, it took me back to the title screen of the game. I retried going into the game,
resetting my Xbox One, etc, but nothing worked. I finally thought I just had to connect my Xbox One to the internet to fix the issue, so today I brought it to my aunt's house. I had to update my console, which I did successfully and I started Watch_Dogs again.
Whenever I got into the games title screen, I pressed A as prompted to continue and it poped up, saying, "Syncing data with Watch_Dogs, we should be done in a moment." Whenever it gets to 100%, it says, "Something went wrong. Give it another try. If this happens
again, let us know by entering 0x838601e7 at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate. I try again and again but the same error happens. Now I can't even play Watch_Dogs offline. Whenever I go to the website and enter the error code, it comes back with no
results. I would really appreciate any help anyone can give me to fix this problem and get me back to playing.

Btw, it is about 5 hour ago that this is up. How slow can u work for such huge company. Shame !

 

Oh and another thing I'd like to add is whenever I get on one of my friend's profiles on my 1 and try to play Wach_Dogs, it works perfectly fine then, so it is just with my profile.

 

Arcktos, remove your profile from the console and then re add the profile to the console just worked

 

Hi I have the same issue, have contacted support twice and they have nfi. I have removed my profile twice and restarted and problem still exists. Any other ideas? It has been going on for like two months and my patience is wearing thin.

Would appreciate any ideas.

 

What if the syncing is on 100%

 

I now have this problem on Xbox fitness and internet explorer. Unable to use either on my profile. Fitness ok on my wife's profile but not explorer. Any help appreciated
