    Watch out for Scammers saying they need you phone number


    people are out scamming little kids for their phone number with sprint or Verizon saying they will give you this and that for it but it’s all a scam if you want the hear more message me on Xbox I have been a victim of this and Xbox nor sprint
    is willing to help me

    File a complain and block communications. the best thing that you can do.

    The problem is they can perma-ban this account all they want, but if this guy has another account, he still has my Gamertag. Unless they IP ban him. Even then, he could switch consoles at a friends house. All I'm saying is this guy could still find a way
    to hack me, and may even get me banned.

    If its people on the Xbox network then you should report that player through the Xbox Console and that will notify the Xbox Enforcement Team.

    Xbox Support does not have the ability to report people on your behalf.

    you never give out personal info ever didn't your parents tell you this ?

    Anyone offering services or money for said info is a violation of the terms of use

    And fyi it's an violation for asking for cheats money or unauthorized services on xbox live

    That's not how it works. The guy cannot hack you. As long as you don't give out your Live ID, then NO ONE will. Also he can not get you banned if you haven't breached the Terms of Use or Code of Conduct. As long as you haven't broken any rules, then
    there is nothing that he can do, except throw lies at you and make you paranoid, which he has already succeeded in.

    Any hacker worth their salt is not going to waste their time in trying to "hack" someone over xbox live. If they are going to risk getting caught, they are going to do it for monetary reasons (aka steal money or merchandise).
