Watch ESPN App Not loading

Every time i try to use the Watch ESPN app it pops up with

"Can't retrieve all Required information. Please check your connection or try again later"

and then it exits me out of the app. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, and i cleared the cache before so. that's really only fix i know, and it didn't work.

You can watch all of the World Cup matches with the ESPN app. I'm using the ESPN app on my Xbox One.

Hi Wicked Utter, Sounds like network issue most of the time apps that aren't able to stay connected usually result of connection issue it looks like you have done the basic step try giving a power cycle to your network and reload it again and see if that
helps. Power cycling give your system a flush so it can perform like it suppose to. Disconnect and power off your network equipment for a couple of minutes (modem and router). Load it up and give it a go! Good luck!

 

I have had the same problem, however, the internet connection is fine. Once I re-download the app, it works that one time, then I get the error message again when I try to watch again. (I have done everything from testing the connection in other places as
well as resetting everything. Speedtest test has me at 23.41 mb/s down and 6.19 mb/s up at the latest issue - tonight.)
