Watch dogs 2 preorder issue

I preordered watch dogs 2 some time ago, and now when I go to preload it before release, in the store it simply says " you own this product" no install button. It says my order went through in my account, but when I select the page for it in my browser,
it signs me out saying there is an error, without specifying in additional detail. No code or anything. Also on the Xbox one, I cannot find the base game, only the preorder bundles, which only have the zodiac killer doc listed as actual content not the base
game. Seeing as some others have posted on here with the same issue i hope it will be resolved on release, or I'll be strongly discouraged from ever preordering something again.

Preordered 4 games but its counting 2 ?

I preordered mafia 3, Infinite warfare legacy edition and watch dogs 2 on the xbox store and all three are showing up as pre-ordered for the "Punch it up with digitial preorder" but it's saying I've only preorder 2/3 in the progress bar..

Anyone having the same problem? or is this just me ?

Hey there Dr,

Are you able to find the game to install in the Ready to Install section on the console? It sounds like you already have the license for the game, so you should just need to install it from that section.

Give it a shot and see if you're able to install it!
