    i recently purchased an Xbox one s from the Microsoft store and was unable to enter the code that Microsofts Xbox rewards system had given me to receive 50000 reward credits when buying a Xbox one s

    New Xbox one s purchase

    Purchased new Xbox one s through the Microsoft store. Still have not received. but I saw a promotion for 50,000 rewards credits via purchase on my Xbox live rewards account, purchased the Xbox one s and sometime later realized I will not receive the points
    due to I was supposed to hit a button and that button reveal a code I'm supposed to enter in a promo code bar towards the end. Is there anyway I can get the points added to my account or do I need to return and repurchase or?

    The code is just to offset the price of expedited shipping. You should still receive the credits.

    We are investigating reports that the expedited shipping codes are not valid. However, you should receive Credits 15 business days after shipping regardless of whether the code was used or not. If you do not see any Credits pending at that time, let us know.

    Well i had a similar issue and i used the link to purchase an xbox one and there was no way of entering the code at the checkout, but i didn't upgrade from an xbox 360 to an xbox one s it was from an xbox one to an xbox one s. Does anyone no anything about
