Was unable to receive my codes...help?

Codes like this are sent for the region that the account receiving the code was set to. Unfortunately we are unable to replace codes for different regions due to this. Be sure that the account that received this code is set to the appropriate region to avoid
this issue.

Where did you receive the code? What's the specific error code and error message you receive? Could anyone have accessed the code and redeemed it before you got a chance to redeem? If you are receiving an error that the code is redeemed, unfortunately we are

I have a similiar problem. My code was accepted, but I was unable to use it. It only says: Code was accepted, but I cannot proceed. And I did not receive a verification email.
