    I was told by XboxSupport to post in this forum if I qualified for the Gears of War UE promotion but haven't received the codes yet. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Received a Preview Program token message, but it expired before I could redeem it.

    Just talked with XboxSupport live chat, they told me to post here. I received an invite to the program about 2 weeks ago but the message expired before I could redeem the token. Gamertag:

    After further investigation, we've determined that you are not eligible for the promotion for one of these following reasons:

    • You must have played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition while connected to Xbox Live before Dec. 31st 2015. If you played after that date, you will not qualify for this offer.
    • If you are located in Japan, Germany, or China, you do not qualify for this promotion. Additionally, if you are located in a non Xbox Live supported region, you will not qualify. For a list of supported Xbox Live regions, please check our Xbox
      Live Countries       page.

    You need to send my information back and have them look at it again.

    Chat and phone support BOTH verified I played prior to 11:59pm Eastern Time on December 31st, even got 2 achievements.

    I live in Kansas, in the United States...

    And I was born in 1983 and I've checked and double checked that the date is correct.
