    Did not receive code for Halo Wars Definitive Edition

    Hi there,

    I was sent here by Xbox Chat support agent Mark Lester. I preordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition (Digital) on December 22nd, 2016, but never received a code for Halo Wars Definitive Edition, as is part of the preorder bonus. I was told to post here and
    that I would receive the code. Thank you!

    I pre-ordered my Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition from the digital store, but still got no code for Halo Wars Definitive Edition. Told by support to post my request here. Still waiting for my code. Any help is appreciated.

    This is incorrect, anyone that pre-ordered before the 14th of December will receive their code today, I have seen multiple people already receive them. It will only take 7-10 days if you pre-ordered after that date. Plus that is just a cushion for Microsoft.

    Halo Wars DE code has not arrived not yet

    I didn't recieved my code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition, and I purchase Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition - Pre-Order December 5.

    I even contacted support and they told me they couldn't send me a code because it is still in "pre-order status" and hasnt been paid for which makes no sense considering there is no option to pay up front.
