Was this a legitimate reason to be suspended?

More than likely it was the .99 cent part. It can come off as looking as if you're trying to sell something which is not permitted.

Uhh, no st0rmbreaker. They will only issue a forced name change for legitimate reasons. Filing a complaint for no real reason is actually abuse of the system and can lead to the profile who filed the complaint getting suspended.

There is no scam. You were banned for a legitimate reason. Deal with it.

No doubt they would say that this has nothing to do with them and proceed to ignore my requests if I went to the XBL 'customer support' and the billing is perfectly valid, like I said I have already paid for the year, yet I still have about 3 weeks left
of gold, yet it has been suspended for no reason whatsoever. I want to know what the legitimate reason is, or if this is just another pathetic way to milk money.
