Was reported for telling someone to f*** off but he was talking trash about my family

Use of profanity is a violation of the code of conduct. It doesn't matter how a conversation starts, if you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you are at risk for being suspended.

Got banned about 2 years ago as someone was trash talking about my family so asked him if he wouldn't mind f'ing off, got banned for 2/3 days I believe.

You can just report their most offensive message then block the account. Never entertain someone.

I get it, I shouldn't have said (Mod removed) but still, he calls me a loser first, that ticks me off, he's gonna treat me like trash? Then Imma trash talk back. That's the Platinum rule, if he's gonna treat me like (Mod removed) then I will to!

You can't know player review isn't working - the Enforcement team won't be telling you what they've done as a result of your reports. For all you know, the report you send in could be the one that tips the balance and results in a serial-insulter getting
banned for a few months. You have two options, really. Either report, in the knowledge that the team will swiftly and silently be working in the background to make the game better for you and everyone else. Or don't. Ignore the trolls, knowing that their sadness
hasn't infected you because you don't really care about an insulting one-liner from some rando on the other side of the world
