Was Not Able to Redeem Xbox One X Holiday Bonus 50k Points

Hello,

It seems since I do not have a console to get the link to accept that I purchased the advertised promotion link to the Gears 5 Xbox One X on the store that showed it was the only Xbox One X on the store from the promotion link that I have not got the ability
to claim the 50k points for my purchase. This is a lot of points to lose out on a $350 purchase as it did not give me a rebate or even points for amount of dollars I used for the purchase. This Holiday Bonus is a real skeptical issue to be had since calling
support has still yielded no results yet. The purchase has been delivered tonight, so I hope at least the 50,000 points are credited to my account soon or I may have to refund the whole thing just to save my money up for this impulse buy until next Black Friday.
Any suggestions on any options left to get this issue fixed?

Back when I purchased it and contacted support they said it would take more time and remained silent.

Hello, did you follow the instructions listed on the 12 days of gifting website? If not I suggest reading the faqs on the page. However, if you
completed the purchase from the microsoft store, you should be able to go to this page and collect your points.

If you perform these steps, are you then able to get the bonus Souls to properly show up:

1. Download Ascend: Hand of Kul.

2. Redeem token for the SoA soul pack.

3. Start game.

4. Create character.

5. Exit game.

6. Upon re-entering the game are you awarded with 50k souls?
