    yes you should have a code in a new game.

    asda had a phone number for you to ring as they knew their games had no codes.

    I compared our games and yes you do have the achievement... Just to make sure will you go to your avatar editor and check in both your hats and in your awards to see if it is there

    what was I supposed to do to get the keys?

    Did you look into the Social on the Main page? It puts the keys in there when it rewards them and then you have to collect them.
