Was I Randomly suspended after trying to post LFG?

Hello, I was trying to post a LFG for splitgate last night, and I was hit with a communication ban.

I tried to post the LFG multiple times and than I was banned. I was trying to post about custom games and it said was using inappropriate language but I couldn’t figure out what EXACTLY was trigging that message so I kept trying to rewrite it. Soon after I was hit with a 1 week ban.

I cannot even appeal the ban, nor do I see the enforcement on my account under Xbox enforcement history. There are posts that there is a bug that causes this ban.

I tried that, but there is no “case” on my account. I can’t appeal it, I cannot see it, they are not able to see it. I believe this is a bug, if you search the forums, you can see it was been happing dating back to 2019

Yes, lots of users are reporting this communication ban issue, right now the only solution is to contact the Enforcement team to appeal the ban! Also Microsoft is working on fixing this issue!

Unfortunately, the enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions.

As stated in the LFG BEFORE you post ONLY LFG PERIOD

Posts don't get deleted by suspended people they just expire as you been told NO TRADING period in LFG

Would be great to assist you on this one, but unfortunately no one here including Microsoft customer support is capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.

Because is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

Just to let you know, enforcement actions are not always issued based in your latest activity.
And, 48 hours suspensions can't be appealed because the enforcement team takes up to 72 hours to review your ticket
