Was I given a strike for the same offense twice?

So apparently the profile picture I had on Xbox for months was deemed against community standards the other day, which is fine. I took the 2 day suspension and now while I have a default Xbox profile picture I was given another 2 day suspension for a gamer pic. I cant appeal it because its less than 3 days so im not sure what to do. Can you get multiple strikes for the same instance? Was this a false ban?

It can take them a while to get around to looking at reports, so you can get a new suspension while you're already on one, but AFAIK, you should not be able to be punished more than once for the same single offence.

For example, if you used 2 different gamerpics that both broke the rules, you could get suspended for 1 of them, then get a further suspension for the other, even while you're already suspended.

I don't know what your issue with the Case Review was, but that is the only way to reach out to them as they no longer frequent these forums.
