    Support tends to give incorrect information regarding promotions, rewards, and the forums since they don't handle any of them directly. Dashboard promotions (like Xbox Quests) are not part of the Rewards program so Rewards support do not have information
    regarding them. Only support in the sales and promotions forum handles Xbox promotions. At one point the two forums were combined which is probably why they still send people to the wrong forums.

    Personally I think you might be in the wrong place for that type of question. I know there ID@xbox forums and such which seems to fall towards that direction rather than this I'll see if I can get you a link for support on that of things.
