    Was DDoSd last night, looking for next step with Xbox.


    Last night my team and I (total of 5 accounts) were kicked offline (total internet shutdown) for a total of 15 minutes. Messages were exchanged after the first game that we beat him in, then right as the second one started he sent me a message saying "watch
    this" and proceeded to kick us offline, followed by a peace sign emoji afterwards. Looking for any kind of phone number to contact Xbox with as their 18004MYXBOX number no longer works.

    Since DDoS attacks are done through your internet and not Live, you would need to contact your ISP. There is nothing Xbox can do about them. If you know who did it, you can file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate
    them.

    Converting Child's Offline Account to a Live Account

    ...was trying this out last night but I kept backing out at the last minute!!

    Signed in, on the Xbox, using my son's offline account, but then when you select the 'Join Xbox Live' option, it signs you back out again. The next screen asks you to input your email address and password (I didn't go past this screen) but it looks like
    the screen after that is going to ask you to choose a gamertag and NOT the option of using the existing offline gamertag...!!!

    Gonna have to try it again tonight and take it a step further...!!

    My xbox one thinks I don't have xbox live gold half the time.

    Same thing here with my Xbox One. Tried looking at Netflix last night and kept popping up that "It looks like you need Gold for this" and says underneath "Looks like your ready" and hit continue but just keeps going back to the same page. Must be something
    that hopefully will be addressed in the next update.

    I just purchased 2 copies of Battlefront. Played some really fun coop with my buddy last night, only to find, despite us both being logged in, all our friends are listed as offline (even though we are logged in sitting next to each other). Looks like this
    is a recurring issue with no steps to go thru to resolve. Please help!
