Was Communication Banned due to a troll trying to get a reaction out of me.

I was just received a communication ban due to someone being aggressive towards me by team killing me then sending me messages to get me angry which they succeeded. Why have I been banned when someone was sending me messages with the intent of getting a
reaction is stupid. That's harassment and I reported him for it and nothing else happened would please like a response.

As how to improve enforcement, I would think that the enforcement team should really try to understand context before making any decisions and also investigate the person who submitted the report because as we all know, trolls try to get a reaction out
of people they know they can report and get their victim banned. The trolls are the ones who should actually get banned. The one and only communication bad I got was due to a troll. Believe it or not, that guy was actually on my friends list before he pulled
that move on me. Complicated story. My final point is that communication violations should never result in a permanent suspension ( no matter how many times you committed them ). Taking away people's digital games and dlc's that they paid full price for is
theft regardless of how the law sees it. I simply do not care if they claim I only bought a license to use the product, I still paid the same price as anyone who went to walmart, gamestop, bestbuy, etc. and bought a hard copy. Can Microsoft break into my house
and take my hard copies? Well, I guess they can if they want to be arrested.

Most trolling results in a ban because you're generally provoking someone to get a specific reaction out of them which is pretty much harassment.

Quite simply you can't get it removed.
