    Why is my credit card ALWAYS being defaulted as my “payment” when I have MS Rewards set up to use my MS points to pay for it?

    Why is the auto redeem function constantly failing to process?

    Why am I constantly removed from auto-redemption and never ever told about it.

    Why is MS charging me for anything and never sending a receipt??? I never ever get receipts when my points have been used and I NEVER got notice or a receipt that my credit card was going to be inexplicably charged either.

    Now my credit card was charged without authorization AND my points were taken to pay for game pass ultimate this month. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM OVER THERE???

    Once you get to the point that money is owed, you have to call billing support. This happened to me when my credit card company flagged the charge as fraudulent. Credit card was good. Just had to call to grt card charged again.

    Was your credit card charged for a second time? If not, then try to purchase the points again. If you were not charged for your 2nd purchase then you were not "paying for points that you did not receive".

    The charges do sound like 12-month gold and some points. Contact support to make sure your account is safe, and remove your credit card from the account. Also call your credit card company about the charges so they can suspend any other suspicious charges
    and issue you a new card.

    If your credit card was used fraudulently you can contact your credit card company to have the charges reversed. That would be your best option at this point. You should have no difficulty.
