WAS CHARGED FOR MARKETPLACE ITEM -- NO ITEM IN INVENTORY

I know how frustrating it is to pay for something — especially something as fun as the Hamster add-on — and then have nothing show up. You’re not alone in this, and I’ll walk you through what you can try so you’re not stuck without what you paid for.

1. Double-check the account you used to buy it

It sounds basic, but sometimes the content just doesn’t show if you’re signed into a different Microsoft account than the one you used to make the purchase. If there’s even a slight mix-up, it’ll look like you never bought it.

So first, make sure you're signed into that exact same account.

Then:

Fully close Minecraft (not just minimize)

Go to Marketplace > Owned Content > Add-ons and see if it appears after the refresh

2. Refresh your account data in Minecraft

Sometimes the game just needs a little push to sync your purchases. Here’s what usually helps:

Open Minecraft

Go to Settings

Scroll to Profile

Tap “Clear Account Sign-In Data”

Then, restart the game and log in again

This forces Minecraft to recheck your account and pull in any missing Marketplace items.

3. Make sure the charge actually went through

You’ve probably already checked this, but just in case:

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Sign in and look for the Hamster add-on in your list of orders

If it shows as “Completed” or “Purchased,” take note of the date and name — you’ll need it if you request a refund

4. If it still doesn't show, request a refund

When you fill it out:

Make sure you’re signed into the same account that was charged

Choose the item from your history

Write a quick note like “Purchased add-on didn’t appear in game”

The Xbox 360 marketplace requires a payment option even for no charge items.

The mobile locker seems to be a bit glitchy in my experience - if your inventory is full or if the item you're trying to create is a large item that can only be held (not stored in your inventory) then sometimes the item will just vanish. Although sometimes
it will appear outside of the vehicle on the ground somewhere.

I'd like an extra menu in the Inventory marked "Loot" that contains all items picked up, you then have to press X or something to move it into your personal inventory, maybe have pressing X on an item in your personal inventory moves it to loot. I've sold
a couple items I wanted to keep due to the occasional lag/stutter on the game and it's tedious to reload just to get it back.
