Was billed one day before my expected billing date

Okay, it updated so now it says I have Xbox Game Pass until 2/21 and is that finalized as far as that goes? I can't refund it and cancel it in any shape or form? I am much appreciative of your help, I believe I cancelled my automatic billing and it said
it will automatically expire then.

Afterwards locate the service / subscription you want to cancel and click on Manage, there will be a few details about the due date, renewal settings payment options, etc., there will be a link to cancel the service and will ask your final confirmation.

All accounts have a renewal date and a billing date. The renewal date is the date your subscription actually renews for an additional 1, 3, or 12 months. The billing date is the day charges are sent out. One time charges are billed on the day of purchase,
but subscriptions go by the billing date.

My guess is your renewal and billing dates are different and you never noticed it before. You can either call support or check billing.microsoft.com to confirm this.

There is no official way to change date of payment. You can instead try cancel your subscription then resubscribe on the preferred subscription date.

You'll want to talk with phone support to be sure, but it sounds like you have different renewal/billing dates.

Your billing date can be upto a month after your renewal date. So say your subscription renewed on 2/24/12, but didn't bill you until sometime in march. It will try for 27 days before it suspends the account. If you hit another renewal before that date,
it stacks the two.

So the 21 is you paying for a past due and the current balance.
