Was banned years ago

I was banned after my account was hacked in, if I can remember properly, I'd say 2013, went on one day to try to sign in and couldn't. Upon getting my account back within a week or two I was then banned, permanently.

I did of course try and dispute it as I LITERALLY did nothing wrong, was told my "avatar was modded", ridiculous. My email for this account is still even the same one that was made when Xbox gave me the account after getting hacked! But after calling support day after day, and sometimes a few times a day, with absolutely NO care, or NO reason for when this alleged "avatar" was modded, I was forced to just switched to PlayStation, and have been there since, they seemed to have valued my service all these years.

I am now wondering if and how I can do anything to try and fight this again as I finally got myself a pretty good gaming pc and would like to use the account that was then hacked-banned. It still kills me that I was banned for what a hacker must have done to my account.

I see NOTHING on my account, and the "enforcement history" website even shows that my account has "No Enforcement History found". I swear this was just a smearing to take the live Gold from my account, and rub salt in an already burning wound from being hacked! As if I was some liability.

It truly hurt to have been booted from Xbox permanently for not only doing no wrong, but it being followed just after having my account compromised and then given back.

Yes, we're going back quite a number of years here, but any form of re-resolution possible? albeit through the better business bureau!? Anything?

Since it's been so long, there's really nothing that can be done. You would have had to contact support at that time to have to do an unauthorized access investigation. They would typically work with the enforcement team with that to keep you from being banned; although, depending on what went on while your account was out of your possession, that was never guaranteed. Both support and the enforcement team won't review those cases this late after it happened.

If all fails, it is CRUCIAL and MUST be known that I was banned over what a clown did when they hacked my account. And the owner (me) did not do anything against any term of service, etc..

Chat does not work. Cannot click chat, can't get a phone number, email, Nada.

So what you're saying is, you guys justify bans over nothing to their members? Because I did not do anything. The only thing that happened was not being able to sign in one day, and the email that was linked to my account no longer was associated to it, waited some time for them to get the account back for me, and then within that week, boom, suspended permanently.

Furthermore, to justify a PERMANENT ban over a "modded avatar" (which I didn't even do) is absolutely asinine..

There must be some way I can atleast speak or virtually chat/talk to someone who can at the very least explain why it is what it is, or what I can try and do about it!?

Note - even if in the Enforcement history nothing appears, the ban may have been made by the Microsoft Department.

it was a permaban that happened in 2016 the reason why well even 2 this date i'm still annoyed at how it was treated no chat logs nothing just hey here's a ban while you're playing dark souls 3 I actually went 2 the bathroom lol came back and was signed
out signed back in and boom perma and I know it wasn't banworthy because I KNOW I didn't send anything related to harassment whatsoever not 2 mention the games i lost on it or the progress on them its real fun especially when all you get from the person is

So this is my final ban huh? well I'm serious when I say this I think this a fault on your guy's part ever since my last ban I never went to game chat never harassed someone nothing no homophobic slurs no threats no racism nothing i was just playing dark
souls 3 and a game on my pc at the same time went to the bathroom came back and i was perma banned please don't go straight to decision at least let me provide with more info after the under review thing I sincerely tried my best

This account was suspended for harassing other players through written or verbal communications on Xbox Live. This can include the use of slurs, threats, trolling, or other attempts to abuse others. For additional details, see the Stay Safe section of our
