Was Apparently Issued Free Gamer Tag Change after Enforcement Appeal, but how do I claim it?

Hey everyone. I'm at a loss here. After detailed discussions with the XBLET regarding my since-banned Gamer Tag, I was told that I would receive a free Gamer Tag change. However, every time I try to change the tag, I'm prompted to pay. And I have contacted
support but they redirect me to Enforcement, which itself is not directly contactable. So I'm caught in a loop wondering how I can get the free change I was apparently given. I've attached the photo where they express the change.

Apparently my gamer tag has been changed by the enforcement team. It will cost $10 to change to something I would like other than the gamer tag provided to me by the enforcement team. Any way to change my gamer tag for free?

The enforcement team do not read these forums.

The only time you get a free gamertag change is either when you start your account & change it from a generated tag to a personal one or you are given a random tag for free if you are issued a forced name change because your tag breaks the code of conduct.

While it's recommended that your tag does not contain your name it's not against the rules so you will not get the tag changed for free,you will have to pay to change it.

 

Unfortunately the enforcement team does not use the forums. They can only be directly contacted via the case review process. To be honest I've never heard of the enforcement team offering free GT changes via this process.
