Warzone through CoD Vanguard

My bad, I saw warzone in the screenshot and made an assumption.

The idea, I believe in the threads is that the packs are causing the connection issues. Either way because its within the Game, Xbox can't exactly correct the issue at present unless it's a console issue like your network connection with the Xbox Network and the internet among multiple games. It is also why I suggest contacting the developers for support. If it's in game, only they have the power to fix it.

As I understand isn't Warzone FTP? So instead of playing it through Vanguard can't you download it separately? If so, I would delete Vanguard, and download warzone and see if you can connect and play via the FTP?

If so, then I would download Vanguard and see if that helps at all.

Please feel free to clarify anything if I am misunderstanding.

I am 99% sure it is through the game itself as it appears in the game as it is loading. I have attached a screenshot of what I am getting.

Thanks for sharing this. I have had alot of problems with my warzone Pacific as well. I love this game and game play. My problem is getting into a match. Everything seems to work fine untill the game is about to start then Bam! Screen goes black and I am right back to Xbox home screen.

I am glad you shared this because I was like well maybe I need a upgrade. After reviewing the price of the new Xbox series x I thought well maybe for Christmas I could get one. But if you have problems with a new one it's like well I don't think it's a console issue.

As far as my problems go idk who can fix them. I spent hours online with Xbox support and got nothing done. But we did try alot of stuff all the to rebooting my Xbox back to factory.

As you said John everything else works. I just have to expect to never play warzone again and that's a bummer. I am really thinking of going to playstation after being a fan of x box since 2005 when I got my first one.

I have never encountered so my issues with a game in my life. This is really just the tip of the iceberg for me. Many other silly things don't work in the game as well. Like my shot gun class is stuck on a camo that never seems to upgrade. The kill's I get just don't count. I have changed everything on here to comply with all the suggestions on support page's on Xbox and Activision. I am really at a loss here.

This looks like it may be occurring in the game-and if it only occurring with Call of Duty, I am led to believe that it may be an in-game issue. Can you confirm if this is an error being given to you by the game itself or is this an error being given to you by the console.

I have deleted the entire game from my console recently and reinstalled it but still have the issue. I have read through the thread you suggested but this is around Modern Warfare and not Vanguard and to be honest it doesn’t appear to have been too successful judging by the comments.

I can delete packs and reinstall them but it’s frustrating why I should need to do that. The game should work when you put the disk in or download it. You shouldn’t have to make unnecessary changes like clearing cache, changing gateway settings, altering IP addresses, deleting and reinstalling, removing and reinstating accounts, etc. Stuff should just work. People pay enough for these consoles and games and it’s irritating when you then can’t play them.

I have a friend who had a similar issue and ended up returning his console for a new one which now works fine. I don’t want to do that as all signs point to this being a game issue and not a console issue but I’m getting to the stage where I’m considering sending it back.
