Warzone 2 is crashing up to 3 or 4 times a night mid game.

Yep, factory reset and told it deleted everything including game etc

I see. Can you please try to uninstall then reinstall the game to an external hard drive then try to play the game again and check if there's any changes? Thanks!

Thanks for letting me know. It seems there's no issue redownloading the game to the drive but the fact that this is happening not only to Warzone but to others (only occasionally) suggests a deeper issue with the console.

As the factory reset has not worked I believe there would be two options open to you.

1. Purchase the add on drive for the console and try installing to it (not optimal due to the price point of the drive).

2. Set up a repair of the console for the possibility of an issue with the drive itself. You can do this at https://account.microsoft.com/devices. Once set up and you have received your shipping label via email you can pack up the console. Please be sure to send only the console and nothing else as Xbox does not guarantee that extra items such as cables or controllers will be returned.

You can’t play warzone 2 off an external drive because it’s a series X/S game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice already though with no luck. I’ve deleted the save game files and re-downloaded those too.

I’ve erased Xbox and apps etc then reinstalled everything as well
