3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the list.
   
4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
   
5. Select the "Contact Us" button
   
6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
   
7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.

If this is an E74 error, then you are going to need to send the console back to Microsoft for further repair. You can contact Xbox support and provide them with your Console ID and Serial, they should issue a replacement or fix for you, that is if the console
is under warranty.

really cant be that hard to trace. check console id vs my IP for recent purchases. Check console id vs IP for fifa purchases. Jobs done.

Oh and I can assure you that I was not phished which seems to be the stance of the support team when I speak to them which gets my back up even more.

So I have tried all of these and none of them work

But with the Microsoft.Com it tells me something went wrong and gives me a trace ID

Im excited for all the next gen will do but id like to see a focus on framrate but ray tracing is definatly near the top of my list.
