    Hi, I'm trying to get my new Xbox Series X repaired under warranty. Disc drive is broken.

    Issue I'm having is with the Microsoft website though.

    Everytime I try to add my address to the repair booking this comes up:

    Sorry, something went wrong.

    We're not sure what happened but refreshing the page may help, or try again in a little while.

    It's happened on every single browser, and every device I own.

    Ah, wonderful - that’s exactly what’s happening to me too. That sucks so much.

    What’s weird is that no one seems to be talking about it… is it just affecting a few of us?

    That’s great thanks - although it also doesn’t work.

    So it really seems like it’s difficult to speak to anyone at Microsoft. Extremely frustrating.

    Having the same issue for over a week now trying to get my controller repaired/replaced and when I try to get a call back, I get the something went wrong error when trying to add my phone number.

    So frustrating trying to get help from anyone!!
