    Warranty problem XBOX ONE X


    Hello, I bought the console on the premiere 07/11/2017 and since then I had to send it twice for a warranty! I am very disappointed with this fact! but now on the microsoft site writes that the console warranty ends on March 28, 2018, is this a mistake?
    Should the warranty be for a year or two? Sorry for my bad English.

    I live in India and cannot place a service repair order for my XBOX ONE X which is under warranty

    I have the same problem with an Xbox One X I got in the U.K., I'm living in Mexico and can't use the warranty, the customer care chat person recommended me to ship the Xbox to the U.K. to make valid the warranty.

    just bought a brand new xbox one x and it show under warranty until 03/11/2019...? not one year???

    just bought a new Xbox one x , july 28 2018 and it show Under warranty till 03/11/2019 … mean march 11 or novemver 3 2019?

    does the Xbox one x has 1 year Under warranty?

    Can you please contact the support team by selecting

    That is one of the problems with buying things in countries where you dont live. Warranties for most products are only valid in the country where the product was purchased.

    Your warranty expired? The Xbox One X came out in november 2017. With 2 year warranty, that would mean the very first X will run out of warranty in november 2019.
