    Warranty Extension on Controllers That have Been Serviced


    Hello, I'd like to request a method of getting an extended warranty that can be purchased after servicing devices, such as controllers. I had an Elite Series 2 Controller and had to get it replaced, with 3 days remaining on my warranty, and I was informed
    that after the warranty which is typically 90 days standard, (I had bought a warranty) but now 30 days when you receive a replacement. Is there a way I can buy an extended warranty, because from what I have heard, it can cost $100 for repair (Correct me if
    i'm wrong).

    Update: A customer service rep told me it is only the 3 month warranty and you cannot purchase an extension.

    Well no when you get a device back from warranty you do get an 90 day extension or the remainder of your warranty whichever us longer

    Well series controllers don't have 1 year warranty only elites do

    Sounds like you have done some pretty extensive work on the controller. Unfortunately there would not be a way to troubleshoot the stick drift issue that you are experiencing. You will need to purchase a new controller as it would
