Warranty courier

Hi Team, ive resorted to posting on here as its impossible to find someone to talk to

Im waiting for a courier booking so i can get the faulty controller swapped

How long is it usually before we get a response from PBT Couriers?

Im not sure I understand your question. You are trying to return a controller for replacement?

Keep in mind, Due to the current global state, delays should be expected.

I can't speak for other countries but here in Canada, the courier companies do pick up the package to send it in for repair. Xbox pays for this if the console is under warranty or it would be covered in the cost you have to pay to have it repaired if it
is not under warranty.

Hi, TheSenate87897! I understand that it’s concerning to see the warranty marked as expired. Did you receive an email about the shipment? While it might not update immediately, you can track it using the courier's tracking number.

As for the warranty, it's normal for it to show as expired. Please allow a week or two for it to be updated or corrected after you receive the device.

I discovered just this morning mine is coming via courier. YODEL is that said courier. I've had nothing but bad experiences with YODEL. -.-
