i have - if you're referring to justice dept and AP/Fox News scandal - they had a warrant ... the grounds for them having the warrant issued are questionable, but they did have a warrant issued

When you have a corrupt government who has the authority to issue a warrant. That warrant, means nothing in terms of protecting the intent of the Constitution and its people.



The warrant means nothing. It's just a CYA.

Even if they used this software to listen to you, it is unconstitutional to use it in a court without a warrant. The exclusionary rule means that, absence a warrant nothing they collect can be used against you. If you have a warrant on you then you have
other problems and they can use other stuff to listen to what you say.

Are they just saying no? Or is it warranted?
