I keep getting this message after playing a round. Ive reset my modem and restarted the xbox but still no luck. I'd like to get the gold to get the equipment without having pay real cash for it...

tried all things, nothing works ( also tried on same xbox with an other account, no results)

Love the game, so would be great to have this fixed. Please help

yes and it's doing my head in, I have changed my language and region settings all to English AUS like everyone else said worked for them but I still keep getting the "

Warning: the xbox store is unreachable. Ryse will not be able to credit the gold you earned" error and this needs to be fix. You can't even buy the gold from the store so Microsoft is losing money here

Power Cycled your Xbox One console yet? We highly recommend doing that as well as

uninstalling the game, power cycling, then reinstalling the game.

Sorry to hear that it's not working as intended. Can you perform a
factory reset on your Xbox One? Resetting your console to its factory defaults will erase all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. You will also need to reinstall your games again.

Let us know if you're still experiencing issues after that!

 

I don´t think factory reset will help. I´m getting the same message since yesterday.

If you've given all steps Miss Ghidorah provided in their first post and have you tried resetting your Network connection, I recommend you give a Factory Reset a try. Let us know how it goes
