WARNING The Xbox Store is unreachable. Ryse will not be able to credit the gold you EARNED.

Once again, I have reseted my router, modem & xbox one and still to no avail... I get a Warning. Below is what I posted yesterday at 8pm eastern time (not at 1am like it says in the fourms) I have checked my settings everything is correct on my location,
my xbox one, my router, my modem & with my internet service. So, please tell me what gives? Not the store, which by my count owes me big time & my fellow friend & gamer. Hope help arrives soon!

On 07/29/16 I purchased this game to play w/AntagonistGoose... he at the time was a lvl 43, me lvl1 in mp. We would get the msg that game was unable to connect to xbox live store... Ok we thought, not realizing that the store is what was paying us
out in the game. In the begining I paid for some gold with my own account, I have the emails as receipt, but the game claims the I have earned 28407... ok! I am now a lvl 50 something & Goose is a lvl 134ish, we stopped playing yesterday due to the fact no
gold was being given out. On 08/10/16 the game started not popping achievements until a day or 2 later... that is also when the 2 of us were playing the most out of this game a realized that we were not getting our gold again, spinning circle, +0, error msg
& xbox live store issue. After paying $30. + dollars for the Legendary Edition of this game & about another $20+ online and knowing everything I've read about completing this game to lvl up you have to save your gold to spend it to get 2 achievements & reaching
lvl 200... I am very disappointed that I am not getting what I have earn and the same for AntagonistGoose. We would also like to know roughly if & when this game is coming off line so that we may finish it. Please lt us know when this issue will be fixed so
we are able to finish the game. Thank you.

Ryse cant connect to xbox store

yes and it's doing my head in, I have changed my language and region settings all to English AUS like everyone else said worked for them but I still keep getting the "

Warning: the xbox store is unreachable. Ryse will not be able to credit the gold you earned" error and this needs to be fix. You can't even buy the gold from the store so Microsoft is losing money here

Thanks again for your suggestions. I tried them all, but after finishing a multiplayer level still no gold, as 'the Xbox store is unreachable. Ryse will not be able to credit the gold you earned'. I'm up to 27444 in gold earned now, but none of it appears
in the game itself. Hope you have some more suggestions,

We believe this issue has been resolved since Gonzo the Gr8's post. Are you still experiencing the issue? If so, please post up a new thread detailing the issue in order to allow the community to best assist.

@Gonzo the Gr8 - Sincere apologies for the frustration. As I stated, we believe this issue has been resolved. Are you able to receive in-game gold now?

Hello. I am experiencing the same issue. I cannot receive gold from multiplayer arena. I got the same message that the xbox store is unreachable, yet i can go to the xbox store without Any problems. Plz help.

 

Same problem, also the warning on 01/19/17 and 01/20/17

tried all things, nothing works ( also tried on same xbox with an other account, no results)

Love the game, so would be great to have this fixed. Please help

 

I'm experiencing the exact same issue for two months now. It is really not fair.

I am able to play online together with human players. And I am able to earn experience. But I never get the gold I am supposed to earn. Once in a while the following error message appears:

"The Xbox Store is unreachable. Ryse will not be able to credit the gold you earned."

And why the bloody **** is that? Why is this any different to earning experience? I am sick of it. I tried logging in with another account. I changed my region. I cleared my cache. I reinstalled the game. I even changed location and wifi network. Nòthing
helps.

Please. Fix. This. ASAP.

SOLUTION

Credit goes to Gui CrocBane for finding this solution, I'm just writing it down here step by step to help out others.

For me, the error seemed to be caused by the language region independence, introduced in the Xbox One summer update. While you can now chose a language independently from your region Ryse still acts old fashioned in this regard.

 

So what is the solution, can't see it here? I'm also getting this error now, after not playing Ryse for about six months and wanting to finish multiplayer achievements.
